Griffon Conseils SA is a boutique consultancy which specialises in building Financial Planning and Analysis solutions that provide a 'single version of the truth'. We have chosen to build our FP&A solutions on the Anaplan technology platform, which combines agility, with a simple, intuitive interface and unrivalled planning and modelling power. Our goal is to enhance your business performance through improved process efficiency, better cross-functional collaboration, stronger user engagement, and faster consolidation times. We operate across a variety of business sectors in the Suisse Romande region. Griffon Conseils SA was founded in 2006, and became an Anaplan partner for Switzerland in 2015. Our History Griffon was founded in 2006 by James Cullinan, who was formerly an Executive Consultant in the Business Transformation unit of KPMG Consulting and a director of a boutique innovation consultancy. The business leverages his proficiency in building sophisticated and dynamic business models at KPMG Consulting in London and his understanding of the financial consolidation process as Treasury Reporting Manager for CarnaudMetalBox, a CAC 40 company in Paris. Since 2010, Griffon Conseils has built-up a portfolio of investments in promising early–stage ventures. Some of this is “sweat equity” that we have accumulated in return for our consulting services, though typically these are direct investments we've made in companies that have impressed us. |
